What you'll be doing? 
Responsible for the formulation of sales strategies for regional chain customers, and implementing the company's sales strategies and processes according to the company's market sales strategies and plans for products;
Actively develop high-quality brand customers, improve the level of operational services, and ensure the achievement of business indicators through new and existing customer maintenance actions;
Establish a sales team for major customers, train sales managers and front-line sales personnel, and build an efficient sales team through personnel training, team building, strategy formulation and execution, and resource allocation;
Participate in market surveys, competitor research, marketing planning, etc., provide relevant market information and constructive opinions on market development for marketing decisions, and provide timely feedback on market development and marketing progress.
Possess certain project management capabilities and be able to undertake the implementation of key projects within the department;
Cooperate with various departments of the company to promptly deal with problems arising in sales and continuously optimize strategies and plans.
